As someone who has suffered and recovered from PTSD I am dismayed by the lack of attention paid to the mental health of our returning Vets. Far too many of our Vets are committing suicide from the unseen wounds of battle. PTSD is a real and widespread condition that Can be addressed in a group setting. I am not a therapist or mental health professional but I am opening my home to Anyone who is suffering from PTSD. Hopefully we can get enough people together (5-10) on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. …

We aim to help support mothers and their partners and families process, integrate and heal from traumatic childbirth experiences. Trauma is in the eye of the beholder, and any birth experience perceived as traumatic is welcome here.
